For items from our other collections, processing and packaging usually take 1 to 3 business days before shipping. Your order undergoes thorough checks to ensure it is correct. Shipping times vary, ranging from 6 to 14 working days depending on your location.

You can request a refund for any item within 30 days of purchase, provided it has not been worn or used, and the shipping address is accurate. Plus, there are no additional shipping fees all costs are covered by us.
